If I had to sum up 2025, I would say it had a lot of ups and downs. I’ve shed tears and laughed as well. Through it all, God has been a constant. My deliverer, solid as a rock. When I fell, he lifted me up, when I cried, he dried my tears. My hope is continually in Christ. As for 2026, I welcome it with joy knowing that God is indeed faithful and better times are ahead. Mr Thompson, you made it a mission to recognise, award and highlight black talent in the UK at a time when many were overlooked. You made it your mission to highlight and advocate for our stories while you yourself stayed in the background. I really wished you were given more flowers when you were here. Your legacy of @screennation will not be forgotten. Thank you for all you did. A mighty tree has indeed fallen. May God give you eternal rest Mr Thompson.
