“We meet at a time when sustainability is no longer a choice — it is the foundation of human survival, dignity, and peace.
Awareness has grown, but the planet needs implementation at speed and scale.
Women produce about 50% of the world’s food — up to 80% in parts of the developing world — yet remain underrepresented in decision-making.
Women make up only ~32% of the global renewable energy workforce.
Climate justice must therefore be gender justice.
We must move from extractive economies to regenerative ones.
• Circular economy models, resource efficiency, and clean energy transitions are not environmental luxuries — they are economic necessities.
• Clean air, safe water, and healthy soil are the true infrastructure of development.
If we act with urgency, compassion, and scientific wisdom, a just and sustainable world is still within reach.
Protecting nature is the most profound expression of love for our children.”
