Gemma Atkinson Instagram – I’m constantly seeing adverts on how we can become smaller. I feel like we’re going backwards.
So I’ve decided to be my own advert for striving for stronger, bigger, healthier & happier. I want a body that functions & carries me through the aging process. A body that I’ll work with and not punish by trying to shrink it.
