Gina Carano Instagram – First two days shocked, 3rd day expressed some words and felt some peace.. today… deep anger, low tolerance.
These have been my phases of grief the past few days, I’m sharing with you because maybe some of you feel the same..
I don’t think it’s wrong to be angry at all. Anger is an excellent motivator. Although I do think anger can be dangerous and harmful at times, not just to others but to yourself internally. Anger is a response to pain and fear or frustration or injustice but again I do not think feeling angry is wrong. So give yourself a break, it’s ok to be angry.
So what can we do when we feel this way, for me:
One, stay away from things that amplify that anger, especially mind or physical altering influences such as drugs and alcohol, people, places.
Two, put down your phone, which is what I’m going to do right now.
Three, go outside, take a breath, spend time with your kids and animals or just take a shower or bath with some calming music, read scripture, pray. Go workout!
We will not work from a productive place for ourselves, families and humanity if we are in an unhealthy festering bitter angry place.
We work our best when that anger has cooled a little bit and we have formulated a plan we can put into action to be our best selves to respond to the pain that caused the anger to bring about powerful change. Then we can actually use that anger.
Hope this helps. Anger isn’t wrong, it’s what you do with anger that makes or breaks you.
Hang on. God is at work, trust His plan and breathe deep.
Let love enter your heart. Charlie stood for love for everyone. Let love in. Going to go cool now. 🌬️ | Posted on 14/Sep/2025 02:31:20
