Grace Wong Instagram – Sipping a glass of Perrier-Jouët yesterday transported me back to the moment I fell in love with the champagne when I was invited to their Tokyo popup 3 years ago. It was the first time I met Cellar Master Séverine Frerson and had a wonderful time learning about the beautiful history of PJ.
Yesterday was her first ever trip to Hong Kong and we had the most incredible lunch and champagne pairing with Gaddi’s Chef de Cuisine Anne-Sophie Nicolas as a Perrier-Jouët Society Chef 💚
