Hilarie Burton Instagram – Witness history on the big screen🍿🎥
MINNIE EVANS: DRAW OR DIE (@minnieevansfilm) screens at @thalianhall in Wilmington, NC on Friday, November 7th at 7PM.
This is such a special event to honor the life and artistic legacy of Minnie Evans, a celebrated 20th-century African-American artist, in the city where she lived and created her visionary work.
Before the film, composer AJ (Algernon) Robinson will perform a piece originally commissioned by the @wilmingtonsymphony for Minnie Evans’ 100th Birthday.
BONUS: The film team will be in attendance for a post-screening conversation about how this story came to life.
