Katelyn Tarver Instagram – More than a decade after appearing on Nickelodeon’s “Big Time Rush,” Katelyn Tarver takes the arena stage in São Paulo tonight — this time as herself.
Currently touring internationally with the band on their In Real Life Worldwide Tour, Tarver is stepping into a new chapter with her most personal music yet. Her latest album, “Tell Me How You Really Feel,” out today, was written in the year following her divorce, capturing her turbulent emotions in real time with raw storytelling and her crystalline croon.
“I was writing it in the moment. I was just so aware that I was never going to be in that place in my life again, and I just wanted to try and record it.”
The result is a deeply honest record about identity shifts, heartbreak, freedom, and learning to trust your own voice again. Instead of trying to package the experience neatly, Tarver lets the contradictions live side by side, grief and relief, uncertainty and clarity.
Now gearing up for her own headline shows, including one at the Echoplex in May, Tarver is stepping forward with the most vulnerable and confident music of her career.
