Kristen Bell Instagram – With everything going on in the world: Here’s a little nervous system reset for ya. Close your eyes and just listen.
My beautiful Choir, full of mostly people I’ve met over the past year who share a joy in harmonizing, learned this in an hour and a half at our Sunday class under the expert direction of @trance_thompson and of course smooth keys by @davidlamoureux.
We meet once at a dingy bar in LA because the space is free- and we are all yearning for kind community and to feel the body joy of harmonizing together.
I am so grateful for this group and everyone in it.
Protect your values, and your peace. Xo
ADDITIONAL TEXT: thank you to the brilliant @kirkfranklin for this song. Our hearts are full becasue of your creativity and generosity xo | Posted on 27/Jan/2026 03:30:30
