What most people don’t see is how many uncomfortable decisions, doubts, and adjustments happen behind the scenes while something is growing.
You are figuring things out in real time. You are learning what works, what doesn’t, and sometimes learning the hard way.
There were many moments while building my businesses where things didn’t go the way I expected. Sometimes growth was slow. Sometimes I questioned whether what I was doing even mattered.
But every time I stayed long enough to learn something from the experience.
