Sundays are usually when i just take an off but today was exciting.😆
Woke up with a disgusting 31% recovery as per my whoop 🌝 and yet started to run like a breatheless dog, played some horrendous tennis(but opened a new ball can uffff 🤤), swam, attacked @ankita_earthy in the elevator, and ate like a pig. 😛
