作為一個新手媽媽，我成日喺度諗：當世界喺 AI 嘅推動下越走越快，孩子真正需要嘅係咩？ 我慢慢體會到，當科技可以一夜之間改變，真正撐得住小朋友嘅，唔係紙上嘅成就，而係內心嘅品質： 品格 – 喺複雜嘅處境入面，依然保持同理心同正直。 勇氣 – 面對未知，敢於失敗、跌低之後再企起身。 好奇心 – 保持探索世界嘅熱情，用創意解決前所未有嘅問題。 AI 會取代好多工作，但 AI 永遠唔會係人。 呢就係點解今日嘅教育，唔係要砌一份完美嘅履歷，而係要培養一個完整嘅人。因為喺一個由機器主導嘅世界入面，我哋嘅人性，正正係永遠都咁重要嘅嘢。 多謝今次嘅邀請，參與到由保誠保險冠名贊助《南華早報》舉辦的《香港國際學校展2026》，同大家進行咗一場充滿意義嘅對話。 As a new parent myself, I often ponder: As the world races faster with AI, what do children truly need? I’ve come to believe that when technology can change overnight, the things that hold our children steady aren’t achievements on paper, but the qualities within: Character – to act with empathy and integrity when situations are complex. Courage – to face uncertainty, fail forward, and get back up. Curiosity – to keep exploring the world, and to create solutions no one has thought of yet. AI will replace many tasks, but AI will never be human. That’s why education today isn’t about building a perfect résumé. It’s about building a human being. Because in a world to machines, our humanity is the one thing that will always matter.
