Kalo dipikir-pikir… dari hanya berdua, sekarang kami ber-54 di @fromthisisland. And interestingly, the majority of us happen to be women. It’s certainly not by design, but it’s something I’ve noticed and come to really appreciate.
There’s something special about walking into meetings and realizing many of the voices around the table are women: sharing ideas, debating things, solving problems, and helping shape what we’re building together.
In many industries, women are still working toward equal representation. So I don’t take for granted the chance to work alongside so many thoughtful, driven women across our teams and divisions.
It’s a great reminder to appreciate the people behind every milestone. In our case, many of them are incredible women.
