Sonalee Kulkarni Instagram – Cinema is a matter of passion.
Last night the world once again celebrated cinema at the Oscars. It is always a reminder that cinema travels beyond language and geography, and what truly reaches people is honesty.
For the past 20 years I have been fortunate to work in this industry. My journey began with Ram Gopal Varma and over time it has been filled with learning, friendships and creative battles that slowly shape who we become.
Tighee has been a very special part of that journey. When Coquelicot Pictures began their journey as a production house, I had the opportunity to design their logo and animation. Over time that collaboration grew into trust, and Tighee became a meaningful milestone in that shared journey.
Congratulations to Coquelicot Pictures on their first film and to our director Jeejivisha Kale on her debut feature.
A heartfelt salute to our beloved Bharati Achrekar whose grace and honesty make her the soul of this film, and to Nehha Pendse Bayas and Sonalee Kulkarni for bringing such warmth to these characters.
Grateful to the producers Nikhil Mahajan, Suhrud Godbole, Swapnil Bhangale and Nehha Pendse Bayas for the trust and freedom they gave the entire team.
