St. Patrick’s Day Mozzarella Melt
Spread pesto onto your sourdough
Shred some lemon zest onto the pesto
Layer with spinach
Cut your mozzarella into slices and layer onto the bread
Prep a stove-top pan with olive oil on medium heat
Grill the sandwich for 4-5 minutes on one side, and then flip over for another 4-5 minutes or until both sides are golden brown
