Teri Hatcher Instagram – On today’s episode of Desperately Devoted, we’re talking about season one episode 10! In honor of Lynette’s battle with the infamous Brussels sprouts, I wanted to share a little recipe that’s become a tiny victory in my own kitchen. I can’t promise your kids will eat them, but adults will love them!

Blanch your Brussels sprouts in salted, boiling water
Dice up dates into tiny pieces
Toss the Brussels sprouts in salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar
Spread them out on a sheet pan and roast at 375° for about 30 minutes.
Mix pumpkin seeds and the dates with olive oil and salt.
Halfway through, pull the sprouts out and mix in that date/pumpkin seed mix
Once cooked through and caramelized, place into a serving dish and they’re ready for dinner!
