Especially with where to live and who to be with. When it comes to work or creative decisions I make them fast but for life I take forever. Sometimes I sit on the fence too long and that option just goes away. Also, I think the time I take to decide and contemplate makes me more unhappy. Sometimes no choice is wrong, you just got to pick and stick. Example when I lived in New York I wanted to come back home to india but it took me 3 years to actually make the choice and go for it. Caption : Leave a ❤️ for my guts for going through with this. I was looking for unique things to do in Goa and came across this Russian man who practices Shibari – the art of Japanese Bondage. I decided to go to his workshop in Morjim to learn more about it. I was extremely stiff and nervous at first. He kept asking me to relax. I asked him 10000 questions which he couldn’t reply to because of our language communication gap. One thing he said when I asked if he went to Japan to learn this . He said “japan came to me”. When I asked him the price he said I do this for Annanas, I do it for bananas, I do it for 1000 rupees, I do it for 30,000 rupees. He told me I was the first Indian woman he tied up. He said, “I tied Israeli, I tied Russian, I tied Italian, you are first Indian.” It was definitely a lesson in letting go. I don’t want to share it with anybody 😊🌴 I’ve just checked into @forttiracolheritagehotel @amhotelkollection This is a stunning heritage hotel in a fort built by the Maharaj of Swantwad and thereafter revamped by the Portuguese. I can’t wait to show you the whole property in a longer video – IGTV version coming soon. The views are stunning and it’s so peaceful and quiet, I am hesitant to share it. But I wont be selfish 😉 just don’t make it noisy, okay? In my 20s, I used to starve all day, stuff my face at night and wake up guilty and hating myself. This was my pattern. I was always mean to my belly, my thighs. I used to talk down to my body. It was a toxic relationship! Even now, when my belly sticks out, I get mad at myself and have to remind myself – to be nice. Be nice to your cute belly Shenaz 🙂 It’s been an up and down relationship through the years and I wish I could say I am finally in a place where I don’t care. But I do! Not as much of course but I do care -a little. Yes, I eat a lot but I am very careful about what I eat. I still make sure I do some form of exercise at least 5 times a week. I work hard to keep this body strong and healthy and aesthetic. And I am proud to say that – I can still wear a bikini 👙 today and feel sexy!!! Are you nice to your body? Talk to me.
