A global social enterprise initiative founded by ex New Yorker #NealBermas, @streetsintl offers rigorous training in the hospitality and culinary arts to disadvantaged, unemployed young people 16-22. The @streetsintl in #HoiAn prepared one of the most delicious meals we’ve had in Vietnam. The White Rose Dumplings and Chicken Rice with instructions on how to eat it Vietnamese style will go down as one of my best memories of this trip.
