Many people bring this #goodfellas scene up to me. It’s where I beat the preppy who didn’t treat my girl with respect. There are times when you have to act a little nutty and you grab onto anything you can to get you to the place you need to be. Since I’ve talked about this before I’ll say it again. My mom was sick with cancer. My mind was drifting to what a great mom I have. I’m adopted so I hit the lottery with the mom and dad who adopted me. So I was thinking about her and all of a sudden I hear “action” and walked across the street and pummeled the guy. I was so wound up about the unfairness that my mom was sick, like I’m sure every individual who is dealing with someone they love being sick. I went so hard at the Juilliard trained actor that he could feel the wind of my punches … well pretend punches.
