I get recognised at times at public places Thanks to my Television Shows.. But it Rarely Rarely happens that people turn their backs after listening to my voice.. (especially after I took a break from ‘regular’ radio)
This lady.. came up to me.. at a restaurant… and asked.. “Beta tu Sana hai na..” and I thought may be one of my tv serial viewers.. Lekin nahi.. she said.. ‘I am Shabana Kapadia.. I was a regular listener of “Khoobsurat-Sana ke saath”.. I don’t watch tv.. I am an ardent fan of Radio Mirchi.. ‘ (I am familiar with the name, rang a bell.. as she was a regular winner in my radio show contests as well)
Infact.. RJ Neha and I have visited her house in Jogeshwari to handover a Goody Bag to her as it was a meet & greet contest.. Shucksssss.. what a Moment.. Had to get clicked from MY Phone this time.. the other way round.. with this FAN 😉 #RadioMirchi
