Nenjam Marapathillai
Selvaraghavan’s Nenjam Marapathillai has been waiting for a release date for quite some time now. The director who has completed the works of the movie some time back has been waiting for the certification from the censor board.
After the movie was certified as “A” (Adults only movie) the team again applied for the second round of certification and came with ‘U/A’ certificate. After the formalities of the Censor team are over, the makers were finding a way to release the movie in the month of May. After the Baahubali storm, the makers decided to wait for some time to get a grand release for the movie.
After the storm of releases of the movies, the makers have now fixed 23rd of June as the release date for the movie. Produced by Madan of Escape Artists, the makers have targeted the Ramadan weekend as the release date.
Nenjam Marapathillai has S.J.Surya playing the lead while Nandita and Regina Cassandre are playing the important female leads. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed tunes for the movie that are already topping the charts.
Oru Kidaayin Karunai Manu
Oru Kidaayin Karunai Manu starring Vidharth in the lead role has finalised 2nd of June as the release date. Produced by Eros International, the movie is directed by Suresh Sangaiah. The movie has music by Raghuram.
After being screened in Berlin International Film Festival and New York International Film Festival the makers were awaiting a grand release for the movie. The makers have now decided to release the movie by 2nd of June.
