For a right hander, keep your left shoulder intact and don’t let your right shoulder open up. Roll your wrists and guide the ball with the face of the bat wherever you want, on the front foot. To play the flick shot off the back foot, play it on a short of length ball, the wicket needs to have a bit of bounce. Go back onto your toes, take the ball into your body and be on top of the ball and roll your wrists. One can open the shoulder after the impact of the ball and have a good follow through either on the front foot or back foot. #WhackItWednesday
