Andy Puddicombe Instagram – It’s #monasterymonday again! As much as I love the colours, sounds and vibrancy of the world, it won’t come as a big surprise to know I have a soft spot for solitude too! Found this pic of the Tibetan monastery where I became a monk. In the foothills of the Himalayas, overlooked by the Dhauladhar mountain range, it’s a very special place, offering a glimpse of external solitude that is increasingly hard to find.
