Lisa Ray Instagram – Joyous feeling to receive this pure bounty from the mountains by @pahadilocal A word about what the mountains in India mean to me: My temple, my light source, my teacher, my home. I travelled into the mountains more than a decade ago to find healing and the mother accepted me with open arms. I uncovered hidden sources within of spirit, insight and lightness that evaded me when I was young. I’ve spent months backpacking, meditating, visiting monasteries and meeting with other seekers. The mountains represent the monumental tide of transformation for me- as well as the shadow side of ourselves which is not easy but important to accept.
