I’m holding onto these recent experiences which feel true and right and echo buddhist teachings: learn to dial down the noise of the world and the chatter of your own mind to rest in contentment of presence and distraction free time. John O Donohue said, ‘Possibility is the secret heart of time and stress is a perverted relationship with it.’ The quality of our lives and being is entirely in our own hands. It’s our choice. It’s clear but not easy.
