Adelaide Kane Instagram - Still not over #RyokanKurashiki & our amazing time there! Massive thanks to the beautiful Ritsuko for taking care of us & helping me with my yukata! Yukata is traditionally worn during the summer months for festivals & special occasions & is considered the most casual form of traditional dress in Japan. Remember folks! Cultural appreciation & appropriation are very different things! Make sure before you attempt to wear any cultures traditional garb that you do your research & be sure it’s acceptable for you to do so! And also do it properly or you’ll end up dressed like a corpse 😅 #yukata #leftoverright
