Robyn Brown Instagram – Breakfast today! Healthy green sludge! Actually it tastes pretty great. Haha! For the last 8 weeks I have cut sugar (omg it is in everything!) wheat, potatoes and almost anything processed from my diet. I eat lots of fruit, veggies, legumes, nuts and lean protein. I make sure I am eating small meals or snacks every 2-3 hrs. I have added as many workout days as I can (hard to always do when you are a working mother). I still have baby weight on me from when Ari was born and I struggle with Diastasis Recti. I wanted to fit in a certain dress for Aspyn’s wedding and get healthy again! I have been needing to make some healthy changes in my life for good. I have started sleeping so much better and I have a lot more energy and focus. It feels great! Yes I have lost weight but I know being healthy isn’t about a number on the scale or a size.
