I’m used to learning things quickly but I started working on handstands a little while ago (thanks to @fitarts )… and I think I’ve busted my ass falling over a few SEVERAL thousand times 😑😑 Every time I would fall I’d analyze what went wrong and then make a few micro adjustments. Many times I felt discouraged but now here I am consistently doing that, and while I’m no where near my goal of achieving a perfectly stable handstand, I have no doubt in the philosophy that CONSISTENCY GETS RESULTS. So if you’re feeling like a noob, and getting noob results, and maybe bashing yourself in the head with your mental fist of self-deprecation… focus on how failure is never failure, but an OPPORTUNITY to learn.
