Lisa Ray Instagram – Cool to get messages from friends in Hong Kong who have woken to my article in @scmp_lifestyle while I’m preparing for bed in Toronto. Grateful for the support of such a well regarded publication as The South China Morning Post to share my health story in Asia. I was interviewed by the extraordinarily talented @bhaktimathur98 who has a plethora of talents under her belt. Inspiring. Many thanks to my friend @chaukeiyoga who opened the doors of her beautiful yoga studio @yogauphk where I practise in Discovery Bay.
