Home Actor Ashish Vidyarthi HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers March 2019 Ashish Vidyarthi Instagram - My 5th grade report card has an interesting note from a loving teacher "Ashish isn't talkative, just has a lot to share". As I grew up, the kind teacher was replaced by people who shortened the sentence, "Ashish is TALKATIVE"! As difficult as it maybe for you to believe, any child who is labelled this way, feels really guilty about such an atribute. I was no exception, I rued the fact that I loved to talk & how I wished I could be the much appreciated "Quiet" one. Now an honest admission, This stigma of being "Talkative" is something that I still lug.. But a few years back, an aspect of it lit me up. As I was doing the Landmark forum, I met a person who was much senior in the programme & much more talkative.. I walked upto him & whispered, "Dhiren,I am very talkative, want to change it.." He looked at me with a smile and said" What's there to change Ashish... I hear you talk interesting & passionate, that's what the world needs" So ,I have nurtured that bit.. Infact I now encourage people to talk interesting, so a larger set can be engaged in their narration. Let's keep creating a passionate connect with the listener. Won't it be a valuable gift for your organisation ? Alshukran Bandhu Alshukran Zindagi www.avidminer.com #narrative #engagement #storytelling Mumbai, Maharashtra

Ashish Vidyarthi Instagram – Double standards… Doesn’t it raise our hackles when we experience it?
The complete video on https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6506342825024684032

Now accept it, we experience double standards when others don’t exhibit what we expect from them.. Most of the time, when we experience this lowering of standards in engagement from others.. ( He did, She did… Then I did) We match it, by lowering our standards too.

In effect we have lowered our engagement with the world basis others.. This impacts each area of our life, relationships, profession, day to day interactions.

But does this tit for tat improve our quality of life?

Inviting you to have look at this video and for a day, practice the “Double Standards” I have shared.
Try it out, by stepping out of your apprehensions. I promise you the results shall surprise you.
Would love to hear your experience of life, as you embrace this new set of “Double standards”. Alshukran Generous Bandhu.. Alshukran Generous Zindagi.
