That’s why I’m so proud to have served as executive producer on the new documentary, Soufra. Mariam has lived her whole life in the Burj el-Barajneh refugee camp in Lebanon. The film tells her journey of empowerment as she develops a thriving business that employs the incredible women of the camp to create the first refugee food truck.
