Myra Mala Instagram – After releasing some of the handstand videos I’ve got a lot of questions about wrist strengthening exercises.
I’ve been practising #Wushu for 15 years professionally and we did specific wrist exercises for the purpose of improving our weaponry routine.
❗️ Therefore I CAN’T suggest best wrist strengthening techniques, but I CAN and would love to share some of the exercises from my experience❗️

For the videos I used 5kg #dumbbell dumbbell;
Repetitions: I’m doing 20reps*3sets/1 or 2 times per week, BUT WEIGHT AND REPETITIONS DEPEND ON YOUR GOALS AND CURRENT PHYSICAL CONDITIONS! Start small and build up #stepbystep, #consistency will bring the result✊🏼
