Alicia Minshew Instagram – When I was 16 I went to the Bahamas with my church youth group to help and teach the little Bahamian children. It was some of the best times of my life! We went there for a few years. I still remember the names of so many of them and cherish the times we had with them. They are warm and amazing people. In the wake of #hurricanedorian I am thinking about them all and wondering if they are all ok or even alive. My heart is heavy. Here is a link sent to me from my stepmother that you can donate to and help send aid to the people affected by the hurricane. It was set up by friends of hers. BahamasStrong.org. I plan to give what I can. Please pass this to anyone you know who can help. They are ,as you know, in desperate need.
