Imogen Heap Instagram – Hello there. Been a while. This is the first of hopefully many days in the studio this year. Who knows where it will lead, it’s not about that… I know I just desperately need some musical me time. I have no idea what you call this thing or where it’s from but it’s one of the many weirdly wonderful challenging instruments my sister bought me every year! It felt like a good place to start. I’ve never really managed to get a sound out of it but today I discovered a cog! I turned it and now I can get some notes out of it without losing my breath! A small step! I’ll post how I get on with it later. Anyone know what the hell it is? Sending love to you all in what feels like dark times. I know my leases are not so rosy these days but boy, what is with 2020?!
