Maria  Spiro Instagram – πŸ₯Š With all this time we have on our hands right now, I highly encourage you all to set up an eating schedule. ⏰ Fill your fridge with nutritious foods and set a timer every 2 or 3 hours to eat a meal. This will prevent binging, which has always been my biggest struggle, especially when I have too much free time on my hands. Each of my meals consist of a proteinπŸ₯© (chicken, beef, fish, NO PORK), vegetablesπŸ₯¦, a clean carb🍚 (rice,sweet potato, whole grain bread) and a small side of fruit (berries are my favorite) Your body is like a dog 🐢 You must train it and keep it on a set schedule in order for it to function properly. 
Nutrition is KEY πŸ”‘, while exercise is icing on the cake πŸ°πŸ™πŸ»
