Aahhhhhh!!!! Did something I’ve always wanted to do today. Morgan at @skydivesbjump was a fantastic partner for my first jump. It feels like a weird dream and I’m so happy I got pictures for proof.

I’m going to have more pictures later but for now I just couldn’t wait to post pictures we took at the jeweler- my new, REMADE engagement ring!! Basically the gist of it is that James proposed with my great-grandma’s ring, and the restoration done on it was…not great. After we got engaged, we took it to @foxfinejewelry who suggested we get it completely remade instead. I’ve been ringless for a few months and WOW has it been worth the wait. George Fox at Fox Fine Jewelry did such a stunning job recreating what this ring would have looked like back in the 1920s, putting details back in I would have never known existed. I’d trust him & his store with ANY piece I owned after seeing his work. I’m just over the moon. Please give their store a follow. They are family-owned and place so much importance on the artistry involved in jewelry. I can’t wait to post more pics, especially before and after!

Look at how crisp it is compared to the worn down original! The new one is also made of platinum as opposed to white gold. Still keeping the original for sentiment 🙂
