It has a perfectly perfect chewy texture, buttery flavor and packs my favorite combo of chocolate sea salt. 🤤 So, so good. I’ve been able to replace the all-purpose flour with Bob Red Mill’s 1-to-1 GF Flour without any issues. I’m also going to experiment with replacing the refined sugars with coconut sugar for a more guilt-free version next time, but this recipe is definitely worth a try as-is for any baking enthusiasts wanting to pass the time at home right now.
