Richa Gangopadhyay Instagram – BRB, just grabbing some fresh-cut lavender at the end of the Oregon Trail, at the foot of Mt. Hood. For me, there is no better escape from urban life than taking a quick drive to these breathtaking, fragrant lavender fields in Hood River. I love the zany little gift shop which has so many cool, locally-sourced lavender essential oils, soaps and other handcrafted items. ⁣🧖🌿⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I truly wonder why more Indian film song shoots aren’t shot in places like this in Oregon! Richa Gangopadhyay Instagram – Of all the cities I’ve visited and lived in around the world, Mumbai will always have a special place in my ❤️. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Despite where my shoots took me-all over the world- Mumbai was “home” for those four years. It was my first time living outside the US…where I adapted to a new culture and environment on my own, and where I grew. 🏙️⁣ ⁣ ⁣ My favorite corner of our flat in Millat Nagar was by the window sill, where I would stretch out with a cup of chai, just reflecting about life and observing the people in the park below. It’s where I went jogging, practiced martial arts with my trainer and spent long hours walking and talking on the phone with my parents and friends back in the US. It was so serene, like a little paradise amidst the chaos and noise of the busy city streets. 🧘‍♀️🦋☕⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #Mumbai #Bombay #millatnagar #Lokhandwala #park #reflection
