Today would have been the day we were all getting ready and heading to the #metgala , I so wish we could all be together and celebrating our incredible designer @nicolasghesquiere and @louisvuitton , and raising money for the @metmuseum hosted by the one and only Anna Wintour. But I know how incredibly important it is what we are doing right now by staying safer at home and saving lives doing so. I can’t wait till we are healthy and safe to be able to bring everyone together for this amazing event in the near future ♥️

I have no words to describe the pain and shock of hearing this. Lynn was the most incredibly bright light. Her laugh was truly contagious. The world lost a beautiful soul today, my heart goes out to her entire family in this difficult time. I’m so honored to have had the chance to know her and be in her world for even a moment. Rest peacefully ♥️ you are so incredibly missed.

Right before my strong beautiful little girl went in for her herniated disc spinal surgery 🙂 she is such a tough girl and came out better than ever and is on the road to recovery♥️ I love you so much ruby ♥️ @rubymoretz thank you to the @vca for taking care of her and fixing her right up!

Hi everyone! So, my good friend and trainer @risemovement and I decided to start our #saferathome workout series on Instagram Live ! Our first session will be THIS Tuesday 4/14 at 12PST. We will share with you guys what we do with minimal equipment to stay strong and healthy during this quarantine!
We will be using 2 exercise bands, a towel, small dumbbells, a medicine ball, yoga mat and something that substitutes for a bench!
If you have none of those, no problem, all the exercises we are doing can be completed with body weight only and just doubling up the reps !

The days that matter the most are the days when you wake up and don’t feel like doing it , whatever it is, and the moments where you feel you can’t complete what you started. Getting past that and choosing to keep at it, to go past the point of where you thought you’d stop or fail, is so pertinent. Growth in any way shape or form is so special, keep at it 🙂 when you think you can’t , fight that voice in your head and try! Take the leap haha here’s my fighting that voice.. it seems simple just a silly workout but doing this, getting past that point, helps me get past those personal moments where you’re trying to work through what you might’ve been handed. Been sitting here, trying to figure out how to wrap my head around everything going on in the world right now. I thought of different things I could post , something I could say, and I landed on this photo of ruby I took a couple weeks ago. It reminded me of the importance of continuing to smile. With all that’s going on right now , it’s easy to feel like you’re.. underwater, struggling to come up and get some fresh air , out of the overwhelming anxiety I know I’m feeling and so many others are too. Stay Home, stay safe. Do it not just for yourself but for others, for your mother and father, for your grandmother and grandfather. It’s a small thing that’s not too hard to do for all of us to save millions of lives. Be smart. Be strong. And smile. Laugh! Go outside and get some sun on your skin, use this time to heal, center yourself, do whatever the heck is gonna make you happy!
