Chloë Grace Moretz Instagram – Hi everyone! So, my good friend and trainer @risemovement and I decided to start our #saferathome workout series on Instagram Live ! Our first session will be THIS Tuesday 4/14 at 12PST. We will share with you guys what we do with minimal equipment to stay strong and healthy during this quarantine!

We will be using 2 exercise bands, a towel, small dumbbells, a medicine ball, yoga mat and something that substitutes for a bench! 
If you have none of those, no problem, all the exercises we are doing can be completed with body weight only and just doubling up the reps !
