🔺High plank opposite knee tap
🔺High plank side to side reach with dumbell
🔺High plan oblique crunches
🔺Alternating opposite plank toe taps
🔺Improvised my own variation

Time yoursef doing this whole routine two times, 15 reps each side and tell me how much time could you finish this in! Speed plays an important role here! Only one water break between the two sets♥️♥️
