Sneha Ullal Instagram – Potato cigar rolls ( Vegan ) Recipe 💚 Spring roll sheets ( store bought ) 3 potato’s ( boiled and mashed ) 1 carrot ( grated ) Half cup spring onion 3 tablespoons bread crumbs Salt,pepper & oregano as per taste 2 tablespoons of Schezwan Sauce For glue-All purpose flour mix with water to make a thick batter. Method 💚 Mix all the ingredients together and make into tube like shape. Place each potato tube filling on one side of the sheet.Brush the glue mix on all the sides of the sheet.Holding the filing towards you,roll the sheet into a cigar like shape tightly packing the filling in..And seal with the glue mix.
