Blur pic but excited to share.For the first time ever I made “Medu Wada” at home.It wasn’t perfect but I’m 70% there.Read so many Do’s & Dont’s before I started my prep.So excited.When I’m in South India for my shoots,I eat these with spicy tomato chutney which they serve everywhere in Hyderabad.YummmmmmmY

I cant wait to meet all my people again,hug them and tell them i appreciate their presence in my life.I cant wait to feel sunlight on my face or stand underneath my moon.
I hope that this #quarantined unity we share today actually unifies us forever.I hope we humans evolve.I hope you feel more compassion for other living beings.I hope we stop fighting and stressing over things which now we find so petty.I hope we all come out better.Be safe.See you all on the other side of what i hope will be a better version of our mother earth.

Potato cigar rolls ( Vegan )
Recipe 💚
Spring roll sheets ( store bought )
3 potato’s ( boiled and mashed )
1 carrot ( grated )
Half cup spring onion
3 tablespoons bread crumbs
Salt,pepper & oregano as per taste
2 tablespoons of Schezwan Sauce
For glue-All purpose flour mix with water to make a thick batter.
Method 💚
Mix all the ingredients together and make into tube like shape.
Place each potato tube filling on one side of the sheet.Brush the glue mix on all the sides of the sheet.Holding the filing towards you,roll the sheet into a cigar like shape tightly packing the filling in..And seal with the glue mix.
Pan fry the cigar rolls until crispy.Then chop as per image.Enjoy hot with schezwan sauce and remember me💁🏻♀️
