Ohhhh BABY BABY BABY …. Guys!!! I have been so MIA bc it has been tough with all day sickness and fatigue, but I feel blessed beyond belief. So much LOVE in my life. So much to be thankful for. The abundance is REAL. I have never felt this abundant with everything in my life. Our family is growing and growing and I want it to keep growing! Lol. living near my family was also a game changer. Having women (my three sisters) with kids of their own surrounding me on a daily. Supporting each other through all the good times and bad is so so imperative. SUPPORT for new mommas is a must. mommas, find a support group, reach out to family and friends and build your tribe! Women going through the same thing you are or friends that truly understand the struggles and triumphs. It should be called “physical” distancing not social distancing. Feeling a deep sense of connection or oneness has proven better health, long lives, more happiness. You actually enjoy eating chocolate more when eating it with others:) It’s actually a fact. Connecting for me is not just having close family and friends. But I realized in “ “self isolation” that I feel this when I’m out in public with strangers on a regular. I love connecting! The women at the local coffee shop (laura), my cashier, riding the TTC instead of driving. Having fun little chats, getting to know their lives, and making others laugh makes me SO HAPPY! But I find myself coming home from walks less “full” …Everyone is so scared!!!Friendly chats have been exchanged for lowering heads in masks. #stayhome but #stayconnected love you all and can’t wait to give out a million hugs after this.
