EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
These workouts are super effective! 3 simple exercises! Set a timer for 10,15 or 20mins.
Start each round at the top of every minute, whatever time you have left of the minute once you finish a round is your rest. When you hit the top of the next minute, go again. Keep going until the timer is up!
