A strong bum is the cornerstone to a strong back and core, so we shouldn’t neglect those glutes! But they’re hard to activate in most of our lives when we sit all the time. This is a workout designed to isolate and engage those underused cheeks! Remember to sit back in to the bum with your weight through the exercises and not come forward with your knees! So we walked around doing…well….this 🥰 📸 @janine_whitmore Soho Farmhouse Red light therapy! You know me, when it comes to a healthier life, our nutrition and lifestyle choices have to come first. But I love to use the latest tech when possible to truly optimise my own and my loved ones health. I’ve been using this light from @redlightrising for a while now and here’s the most noticeable benefits I’ve personally found. Increased energy Increased muscle recovery A more balanced circadian rhythm and better sleep A shoulder injury I had which has dramatically improved since using the light.
