The last year has been rough;
I was knocked way off of my game, I was depressed, I was sick… For the greater part of the last 10 years I had been dealing with chronic microbiota disorders and systemic inflammation which then led to the additional downfall of adrenal, thyroid, and hormone function.
I had to take most of this past year off of training in order to heal. Under the guidance of my functional medicine practitioner @vince_pitstick I am relieved to say that I’m starting to feel more like myself than I have in years.
Until I had found Vince, I had spent over $100k seeking answers and help. I was running around in circles always ending up where I started – frustrated and in pain.
Vince has me in a place where I no longer continuously react to foods, my energy is up, and my passion for life is returning.
I say this because I’m truly grateful for this man. He’s changed my life. If you’re dealing with virtually any chronic illness seek out his help. He’s a fucking wizard. I trust him completely.
I’m looking forward to getting back into training, to putting 10 pounds of muscle on and to feeling like a beast again. Thanks Vince. Let’s do this 💪🏼 MGM 美高梅

With everything that’s going on I feel that this couldn’t be a more fitting time for a little love and gratitude… It must have been 6 or so years ago that this beautiful human changed my life.
As young guy running around Hollywood, trying to make ends meet, let alone a dream come true, I was looking for ways to calm my ever-present and overwhelming anxiety. And one day I stumbled into this yoga class… the heat was cranked to 118🔥 — I barely made it 30 minutes before I had to lie down. Little did I know at the time, this was a 90 minute class.
As I laid there on my puddle of a yoga mat, in a foggy haze, I took a sly look around the room 👀… I was the only one down. My ego was crushed.
That’s when Francesca kindly reminded everyone that the practice gets easier. “The more you come, the more you will be able to overcome the heat.” She came over and put an ice cold wet towel on my forehead as the heat enveloped me like a wet blanket. She whispered “You’re doing great Chad.” I thought to myself, “Chad? Chad. Right, that’s my name,” as my mind swirled off into some sort of a yoga trance.
I think I crawled out of that room when the class was finally over. It felt like I was a wet towel, in which all the tension had been wrung out of me. I felt lighter. I felt clearer. I felt peaceful.
And so I came back. And then I continued to come back. And each time I got to listen to Francesca preach with unparalleled firey passion and conviction. She spoke of forgiveness and compassion. She spoke of peace and oneness. She spoke of love.
And each time that I survived, I left the room a better person.
Francesca has created a temple of healing. There are people of every age, every sexuality, and every color. 6 days a week – for several years I must have stood front row, battling the heat, battling my own mind, contorting into all shapes and sizes beside @guiceman who would become one of my dearest friends ever.
And all the while, as we ‘danced amongst the ancients’, we were sharing the room with an absolute fucking legend of a human… I am beyond grateful for your service. “If everyone loved themselves, then our whole world would be loved.”
