Tay Ping Hui Instagram – Believe it when I say it’s harder than it looks.
The first time I tried to wrap the Bak zhang it ended up looking like a Ketupat. The second time I tried it ended up like an Onigiri. Given my OCD, trying to get it into a symmetrical, proportionately perfect Pyramidal dumpling, took me plenty of swearing, effort and patience.
Isn’t it interesting that somehow, when you make something yourself, its always more satisfying when you consume it? I guess that what “you reap what you sow” means. And so we’re left with the final question: “Do you prefer Sweet? Or Salty?” .

不得不承认，包粽子看似简单，却一点都不容易。
其实蛮丢人的，第一次尝试，处女粽就像个马来饭团（方型）。第二次尝试包得像个日本饭团🍙🤦🏻♂️. 加上我这个患有强迫症倾向的瓜，令我抱有务必包得完美无差方休的执著，不知浪费了多少无辜的食材。
不知你同不同意，说到吃饭，还是吃自己做的东西比较有味道的。可能这就是常言”一份耕耘，一分收获”的道理吧。
接下来只剩下最后问题：”你喜欢甜的粽子，还是咸的？”
