Kinda hard to NOT invest in rest these days!
Sometimes it feels like groundhogs day.
Some days it feels like we are living in the flow of the universe.
All is well.
No matter what we “do”with our days, as long as we show up in love and in service, we are doing our best.
I am taking a good look at myself- God knows I have the time.
Some of the things that have shown up for me are unpleasant. I have no distractions to keep me from feeling my feelings and reconciling my past.
Others have been the gifts of pause. The sound of silence. The opportunity to rest.
I hope you’re finding some peace and joy during this time.
