That’s what I have been doing for the last few years. I set intentions. I have a vision board of joy and love. I see myself doing the things that I wish for or want – as though they’re already happening.
I AM are the two most important words we can possibly say. They are the course setters.
This little video is from 2 1/2 years ago. My dear friends @jenniferalysephotographer and @ian_d_stout put together this video together during an incredible photo shoot.
I was getting ready to move from my home town Portland to LA. I had been seeing my success and living my dreams through my intentions and I would be remiss if I didn’t tell you that everything I dreamt of has come true!
That’s not magical wishing or thinking. That’s the GREAT FACT.
When we see ourselves doing what we want to be doing, what we know we are to be doing for our highest good, the universe responds in kind.
Aa a teacher, I always hand out I AM sheets to all my students at the very beginning of a session. Some of them love them- some of them think they’re corny and useless.
The ones who use them come to me later and marvel at what has happened in their lives! It’s pretty remarkable what can happen when we actually see ourselves living our Best Lives!

I wouldn’t say this if it weren’t true- setting intentions draws toward us what we already know to be true- that we are successful, fabulous, God Centered, abundant, amazing creatures!! We can live whatever life we set ourselves up to have.
Even in these uncertain times… the universe doesn’t judge. It is swift and powerful.
