During this time, are you feeling creative and inspired? Do you have boundless energy to create and share and move your body?
Or are you feeling stuck? Do you have limited amounts of energy? OR is it a little bit of both?
Guess what? All of it’s okay!! We aren’t “supposed” to be doing anything other than what we are doing. No matter what social media tells us or what our ego says to us (usually in a not very nice way!).
If you are feeling like moving and shaking… great! If you are feeling like you want to stay in and make your bed or couch your new place of respite, that’s good too!
We are all doing our very best at every moment… think about that… OUR VERY BEST!
The times are interesting. What are we “supposed” to be doing?
For me, today, I am going to trust that whatever it is I am doing is EXACTLY what I am “supposed” to be doing- because i am doing it!
